Rachel Rodgers is a woman of color, a mother of four, and a seven-figure business owner – in that order. After beginning her career as a lawyer for non-profits, federal judges, and Hilary Clinton, she realized that changing the world is easier when you have some cash in your bank account. Rachel is the creator and host of the Million Dollar Badass Podcast, the founder of Glow Up, Hello Seven, and the Million Dollar Badass Mastermind. Her visionary guidance for female entrepreneurs has been featured in Time, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Fast Company and the Washington Post.
